Elizabeth is a clinical social worker and has a Master's in Education with a specialty in pediatric healthcare. She completed her Master’s in Clinical Social Work at Boston College and her Master's in Applied Child Studies/Pediatric Healthcare at Vanderbilt University.
Elizabeth’s training is primarily based in relational and psychodynamic therapy. However, her approach is to meet the client where they are, pulling from relevant evidence-based theories to create an individualized plan, that can be modified as needed. She has specialties in chronic health issues, pediatric, infant, individual, and family therapy, depression, grief, and anxiety, relationships, geriatric depression and anxiety, and Veterans' issues. She has extensive experience working in women's health issues with fertility, perinatal anxiety and mood disorder, postpartum depression and anxiety.
